Maintenance Technicians will maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical aspect of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, turning vacant units, appliance repair, minor electrical troubleshooting, fixture installations, minor plumbing troubleshooting, minor construction, drywall repair, vinyl and/ or carpet repairs. Maintain record of ready status on unit turns, work order completions.
Ensure the maintenance of daily up-keep of all mechanical equipment per the preventative maintenance program such as water heaters, smoke alarms, and landscaping.
Assist in the daily clean up and maintenance of the exterior of the property including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
