Position: Windows Systems Administrator Systems Configuration Management and Monitoring

We currently have an opening for a Windows Systems Administrator position with emphasis on Configuration Management and Monitoring
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent plus at least 5 years of experience in Windows Server Infrastructure Administration. Solid experience in and strong knowledge of SCOM Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012/2016.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of experience in Server Infrastructure Administration or IT Administration; Current Microsoft Certifications desired; Experience designing, maintaining and controlling companys IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, System Center, Active Directory and server platform solutions; Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies and network protocols; Ability to work under general supervision and to operate with substantial latitude for un-reviewed actions and/or decisions.
JOB DUTIES: Maintain and monitor Microsoft Windows hosting infrastructure including servers, networking gear, monitoring and maintenance. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with server operating systems, hardware, software and storage infrastructure; Maintain and monitor computer security systems and software; Maintain and improve System Center Operations Manager ecosystem; Monitor server infrastructure and networking components to ensure network and systems stability and uptime; Support, operate and maintain mobile application environment based on various mobile OS; Collect data to evaluate and optimize network performance;
Develop and maintain an expert level knowledge in the following:
Virtualization Technologies from Microsoft and VmWare
Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016
Storage Area Networking (SAN)
Network Appliance | Storage Appliances
System Center Operations Manager 2012/2016 is a must have skill for this role
Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services
Microsoft MDOP solutions suite
Infrastructure Assessments and Technology Planning
