Join Our Highly Successful IT Sales Team in West Hartford!

SNI Technology is searching for an IT Business Development Manager to join West Hartford's highly successful IT sales team. We specialize in placing IT professionals from entry to Sr. level in the Greater West Hartford market. Our goal is to win and have a good time doing it! We know finding a job can be tough so we strive to give our clients and candidates a better experience.

To be successful on this team you need to be self-motivated, goal oriented, and enjoy some friendly competition. We need people that believe in building relationships, someone who can connect the dots and think outside of the box. If you've been described as "never met a stranger" or "could talk to a wall" that's a great start! A background in IT or a related field is a huge advantage.

In this role, connections are key. You'll spend your day talking with IT Hiring Managers and HR Managers about their staffing goals and matching them with our candidates. This looks like emails, texts, calls, meeting with clients, and networking.

Ideal candidate:
  • 2+ year of experience in recruiting, Information Technology or related fields
  • Proactive, driven, smart, fast learner, and organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Bullhorn and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
