We are Harris Home Improvement Ltd. A relatively new Home Improvement Company in the Greater Hartford Area seeking a Production Manager to help handle sales and management as we grow and expand.

Responsibilities include taking and making sales calls, setting up appointments for estimates, attending estimate appointments, measuring and providing estimates to customers, following up with customers, negotiating and selling projects, writing contracts, scheduling projects, managing crews on various projects, handling customer questions, concerns and complaints, and any other similar and necessary tasks.
4-week training provided at half commission. Then full 10% commission after that with strong potential for growth as the company expands.
Must have previous experience in, or knowledge of:
Sales
Management
Painting
Carpentry
Drywall/Sheetrocking
Marketing and Advertising are a plus
