Job Description

  • Manage various cyber security projects that includes facilitating the planning and the prioritization of complex cybersecurity services. These may have significant complexity across many offices, divisions, and entities. Work directly with partners, vendors, staff, and agencies to ensure project success.
  • Own Agile processes and strategically drive the adoption thru technology and cyber security operations.
  • Define, design, and implement processes and procedures based on industry standard Information Technology Infrastructure Library including but not limiting to incident, problem, change, configuration, release, and system support for Cybersecurity function.
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget spending, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Develop the execution plan for competing projects related to the enterprise cyber security priorities.
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects to maximize the ROI.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program KRA/KPI reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the current and future service level requirements are identified, understood, and documented in SLA (Service Level Agreement), OLA (Operational Level Agreements) and service level requirements (SLR) documents under partner/service-provider contract.
  • Ensuring that all changes are assessed for their impact on service levels, including SLAs, OLAs and underpinning contracts, including attendance at change advisory board (CAB) meetings if appropriate.

Qualification Required
  • 10+ years of experience in developing, administering, or conducting IT service management work system and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex tech and cyber security programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL V4, ISO-20000.
  • Strong experience utilizing Project Management tools Azure-DevOps or Jira to its maximum extend.
  • Extensive experience with Service Management tools preferably ServiceNow, BMC Footprint.
  • Manage, automate, and enforce Change-Management and program management gate review process.
  • Excellent understanding of information security concepts and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Industry recognized certifications are a plus - e.g., PgMP, ITIL V4 Managing Professional, Google Cloud PlatformM or similar.

Other Skills Requirement:
  • Strong understanding of security products and vendors, relevant technologies and trends, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a comprehensive technology solution definition.
  • Strong team player - work with internal and external stakeholder to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative working style. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to think "out of the box" required.
  • Willing to travel
