Just look up.Are you ready to go beyond?The Next Generation Product Family (NGPF) High Pressure Compressor (HPC) Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader to fill a critical role. The IPT has responsibility for entire part life cycle from concept, through service and support. An IPT leader plays a critical role within the IPT team. This individual must be able to coordinate functional requirements from various engineering disciplines such as aero-dynamics, mechanical design, structures and manufacturing that are capable of meeting the challenging technical and producibility requirements for these parts. The IPT will be focused on development activities, production support, Entry Into Service (EIS), flight test and certification activities. Many opportunities exist using CORE tools to advance your CORE proficiency.Key Responsibilities: Ensures part team reaches decisions necessary to achieve overall component goals and participates with the CIPT for progress reporting, risk assessment, risk mitigation, and execution of program decisions.

Accountable to CIPT for part level ownership of CIPT task planning and execution and identifies requirements for IPT team membership.

Demonstrates through part level readiness to CIPT that all goals and requirements are addressed.

Informs CIPT of issues that may compromise a satisfactory component level requirements solution.

Manages IPT schedule in accordance with Commercial Program Management System.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent and 7+ years of prior relevant experience in aerospace or related fields.

US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Up to 10% Travel

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Working alternatively on-site and remote).

Preferred Qualifications:Masters’ Degree and 5+ years of experience in aerospace or related fields.

Demonstrated team leadership skills.

Knowledge of commercial and military lifing.
