What You'll DoAs a Business Process Analyst, you'll be part of our Engineering team located in New Britain, CT. You'll get to:
  • Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and administration of multiple business systemSharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel (VBA) and Workfrontthat support the new product development teams.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and newsystems, and other post-implementation support.
  • Provide end user support, monitor the system, respond to queries,resolve,and escalate issues.
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
  • Collaborate with contractors and external vendors to resolve issues.
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
  • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting,ITor similar.
  • 2+ years' experience as a process analyst(Preferred)
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs,and flow charts.
  • Logical and efficient.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highlyself-motivatedand directedto work independently.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of SharePoint,Smartsheet, AdvancedExcel (VBA)orWorkfront toolsis a plus
