• Understanding of the payments systems
• Map customer journeys for adding a bank, sending and receiving payments (checks, ACH, wires, etc.)
• Provide requirements to design teams on UI/UX designs
• Groom features, and write user stories to meet the customer journey needs
• Experience of being a PO working closely with architecture & technical delivery teams
• Collaborates with Delivery Managers (DMs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and TPMs to identify and coordinate cross-platform dependencies
• Work with testing teams in defining test plans
• Experience of working in a SAFe operating model
• Manages impediments, risks, and dependencies for product delivery
