What You'll DoAs a IT Operations Senior Manager - ERP, you'll be part of our IT team located remote. You'll get to:
  • Be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of application enhancement in the ERP tower.
  • Makesure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and take necessary steps for improvement.
  • Actas the single point of contact for Business Relationship Manager with respect to service-related issues.
  • Have the ability to work seamlessly across multiple stakeholders and Senior leadership teams and Vendor Partners towards common objective.
  • Partner with a managed service provide, provides consolidated reporting view of all maintenance and production support activities for the ERP tower and the applications with the tower.
  • Reviews performance characteristics to predict and review recommended solutions by MSP vendor for scalability concerns.
  • Review MSP vendor recommended systems-level insight to the application team.
  • Ability to tie together solutions across systems and knowledge of overall IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor key service delivery processes and resources to identify opportunities for more efficient delivery and implementation of new systems and services.
  • Participatein the overall planning and design or the specific core business systems.
  • Engageall stakeholders including more senior individuals and performing suppliers in order to convince and influence them to address and resolve issues.
  • Develop the systems and processes to ensure that business, project and employee needs are met in the assignment of staff to projects
  • Knowledge of IT compliance for IT-SOX, IT Policies, Internal and External Audit Support.
  • Review logs for system level, high level and elevated access which are provided by MSP vendor.

  • ITIL / Service Management
  • Integration Technologies
  • Disaster recovery / business continuity planning
  • Fiori technologies
  • Undergraduate degree and 5+ years relevant experience, or
  • Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
