What You'll DoAs the Organizational Health Leader you'll be part of our Global Operations team working remotely with the ability to travel. You'll be a key team member driving the Global Operations Transformation. The Global Ops Transformation is focused on optimizing the supply chain so we can serve our customers faster and better. People are key piece to the transformation and the Org Health workstream is focused on driving key initiatives across the entire operations enterprise to improve the org health. This is a great role for someone who wants to work across all the Business Units and with employees globally and make a positive impact. You'll get to:- Oversee design of org-wide Health initiatives such as partnering with colleagues to identify Initiative Owners, coordinate & facilitate Ideation Sessions, co-create the timeline and communications to kickstart the action plan design
- Lead working sessions with Initiative Owners and working teams, provide feedback on drafts, and coach them throughout the process
- Drive courageous conversations to help lead the synthesis and prioritization of ideas stemming from Ideation Sessions
- Actively performance manage Initiatives over time and continue to support Owners and teams
- Own team cadence and lead check-ins
- Provide the final review of action plans prior to review from the CTO and Executive Sponsor
- Help Initiative Owners and teams with any revisions to their action plans
- You have relevant global business (HR experience a plus)
- You have strong project management experience
- You have a history of proven delivery of results
- You possess a robust analytical and strategic skill set
- You are extremely deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
- You have a comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to create clarity
- You possess the highest level of integrity and stellar judgement
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You thrive on being a strong collaborator who can work across global, cultural and geographically dispersed teams
- You have experience managing multiple teams simultaneously
- You have the experience in summarizing and presenting business case information to all levels in organizations
- You have a bachelor's degree (or strong equivalent job experience)
- Willingness and ability to travel; up to 10%
