What You'll DoAs a Systems Analyst Lead, you'll be part of our IT team located remote. You'll get to:
  • Analyzes business needs and manages the creation of software solutionsthat meetthose needs.
  • Reviews flow charts, business process management (BPM) workflows, andsystems diagrams to manage problem analysis
  • Responsible for overall design documentationand ensuring that functional and technical documentation meets requirements.
  • Lead the designing,and documentation of software/solutionaccording to SBD-IT systems standards, policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance in testing activities and on configuration and codingwhen needed.
  • Provides technical assistance where needed to ensure timely resolution of incidentsor issues.
  • Ensures execution plan is on track and reports any major deviations in budget ortimeline
  • Effectively plans and integrates new products with the existing IT landscape
  • Oversees the resolution of contentious issues escalated duringimplementation
  • Leads the development of operating procedures and user manuals for transition into routineoperations
  • Enablebuilding of knowledge databases for technology, solutions and domain areas
  • Manages work with architecture, application services, infrastructure, release managementand other relevant stakeholders to enable a smooth deployment
  • Lead work on capturing and transferring tacit knowledge to vendors andknowledge management systems

  • Undergraduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or
  • Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
  • Experience working with GRC 10.1 AC (EAM, BRM, ARQ, ARA)
  • Experience working with GRC UAR
  • Experience managing and updating the GRC Ruleset
  • Preferred GRC 12, HANA and Fiori tiles experience
  • Identify and perform/coordinate ongoing maintenance of the software configuration within the SAP GRC 10.1 applications
  • Understand SAP security authorization concept and design, segregation of duties concepts, and sensitive access
  • Conduct significant data analytics using SAP tables to support security, transactional history, and provisioning requests
  • Monitor daily jobs that are necessary for the GRC application(s) to run effectively and efficiently
  • Prepare rule set updates as required and validate rule set updates are completed appropriately
  • At least 3 full GRC implementations

  • Thorough familiarity with the configuration and setup of supported applications
  • Nice to have SAP Access Violation Management and SAP Global Trade Solutions
