The Corporate Security Regional Manager manages all aspects of the Electronic Security and Electronic Life Safety systems at the Stanley Black & Decker sites, SBD affiliate sites, SBD Executive Residences, and SBD Board Member's Residences in the Northeast Region. Responsible for the support and maintenance of the Corporate electronic security platform servers, software, and subsystems.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage local day to day Electronic Security and Life Safety Systems needs at the SBD sites and Executive Residences local to the assigned area (Access Control, CCTV, KeySystems key box, Fire Alarm, Intercoms and Intrusion Systems)
  • Ensure that all Electronic Security and Life Safety System's preventative maintenance is performed
  • Project Manage any Electronic Security/ Life Safety systems installations at the SBD sites in the assigned area
  • Manage/maintain the development and production server environments that support the Corporate Electronic Security platforms (Easy Lobby, KeySystems, Lenel, MaxPro, and ProWatch)
  • Manage the SBD Corporate card access card stock and distribute as needed to SBD sites
  • Ensure that any SBD Executive Residence's electronic security issues are addressed ASAP and preventive maintenance is performed on schedule within the assigned area.
  • Assist the Stanley Security Sales team with system design and site walk trough's
  • Keep abreast of changes and new developments in products and technology. Attend and complete training programs as requested.
  • Responsible for the programming and configuration associated with security software packages
  • Work closely with the Physical Security team and assist where needed
  • Support other groups as needs arise
  • Carry items up to 75 pounds
  • Available after hours and weekends to assist site and senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years' residential and commercial experience installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems
  • 2+ years experience with Lenel and Pro Watch Access Control, certification preferred
  • A valid state driver's license without restrictions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Valid CT State Electrical License
  • Bosch and Honeywell Intrusion Detection system knowledge/programming
  • Fire-Lite and Silent Knight Fire Alarm knowledge/programming
  • IP Video knowledge/programming
  • Networking experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  • Organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365
  • Bachelor's degree
