What You'll DoAs a Corporate Technical Security DOD Program Manager, you'll be part of our Corporate Operations team working remote with some travel. This role will manage all aspects of the Electronic Security and Electronic Life Safety systems at the Stanley Black & Decker sites with the Department of Defense contracts. You'll get to:
  • Manage the day to day Electronic Security and Life Safety Systems needs on the SBD sites with DOD Contracts (Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Intrusion Systems)
  • Ensure that all Electronic Security and Life Safety System's preventative maintenance is performed on schedule
  • Provide Project Management on all Electronic Security/ Life Safety systems installations at the SBD sites within the program
  • Assist the Stanley Security Sales team with system design and site walk trough's
  • Keep abreast of changes and new developments in products and technology. Attend and complete training programs as requested.
  • Be responsible for any programming and configuration associated with electronic security platform software (Both the Server and Client Level)
  • Work closely with the SBD Physical Security team and assist where needed
  • Support other groups as needs arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • ship
  • 5+ years' experience installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems
  • Current certification in Honeywell ProWatch Access Control
  • Current certification in Honeywell MaxPro NVRs/VMS
  • Knowledge of Visitor Management Platforms
  • Intrusion Detection system knowledge
  • Fire Alarm knowledge
  • IP Video and IT component experience
  • Ability to carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work after hours and weekends occasionally
  • A valid driver's license, without restrictions
  • A valid Passport
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  • Strong organization skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
