What You'll DoAs an CMS Configuration Specialist,you'll be part of our Global Tools and Storage team located remotely.You'll get to:
  • Manage and deploy CMS configuration changes, including copy and creative assets
  • Participate in Change Management and Incident Review meetings.
  • Perform websites sanity check to ensure links, images and content are correct.
  • Perform change control and configuration audits.
  • Analyze website usage statistics and provide ongoing optimizations to improve performance
  • Maintain and support CMS user authentication, access, and permissions
  • Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and End to End testing activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
  • Creates, reviews, and delivers documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training
  • Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to discuss bugs/tasks/functionality enhancements
  • Understands business processes, process analysis/management, and their related IT requirements. Work in a team environment to meet release requirements and schedules, make process recommendations and improvements.

  • Proficiencyin MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, or anotherrequirements management tools
  • Working knowledge of software tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience using source control
  • Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments
  • Functional knowledge of:
    • Digital Experience packaged solutions such as Adobe AEM, Acquia/Drupal, Sitecore
    • Web inspector tools
    • PIM and DAM capabilities supporting websites
    • SEO
    • Web analytics services
