Job Description
Responsible for analyzing, reconciling, and making decisions on incoming loans at an auto finance company.
Responsible for analyzing loan packages and work with customers to resolve stipulations, errors, exceptions so loan packages can be funded in a timely manner. Provides superior quality service customers, Supports process improvements, business objectives, and accepts additional projects as assigned.
Training in all areas will be provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze funding packages submitted by Indirect Auto Dealers throughout Connecticut to identify outstanding errors or exceptions.
Develops business relationships and build rapport with customers to achieve mutual goals of resolving and funding contracts.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact with managers, build consensus, and motivate others.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills.
Must be a self-starter that is able to work independently with little supervision.
