We are a growing community association management company looking for a part time bookkeeper. Applicants must be proficient in accounting principles and bookkeeping, able to work independently and have strong organizational skills. Duties include all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, the generation of monthly financial reports for boards of directors, and the reconciliation of bank accounts. Knowledge of AppFolio management software and experience working with condominium association management or property management a plus, but not necessary.
