NOTE: This is a Full Time, LONG Term Temporary assignment/job.

Call Center Representative - Inbound call center
Our client is looking for 30+ call center agents/temps.

Hours/Days:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
will also be required to work Saturdays (7:00am-3:30pm) two times (Saturdays) a Month

Hourly rate of pay: $12-13 per hour



Job responsibilities:

Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:
Previous call center or telemarketing experience is preferred.
Must have previous customer service experience.
Must be available to work Mondays thru Saturdays from 7:30 am to 5pm. (Saturdays 2 times a month)
Must posses a high school diploma or GED.
Criminal background check will be required.
