We are seeking a full time Service Dispatcher who will serve as the first point of contact and dispatching for service calls for our customers. Duties include: receive and record service calls; multitask and schedule technicians in CT according to location and priority; experienced required with dispatching, computers, phones, excel, word, outlook, programs; HS diploma or equivalent required; excellent communication skills; fluent in English (oral and written), ability to speak Spanish a plus; outstanding organizational skills, strong character, sound judgment, critical thinking skills. Ability to work well with others in small office environment. Training will be provided. DO NOT reply or send resume if you do not have experience. There will not be time to respond in that case.
