Claire’s Corner Copia—serving New Haven delicious, wholesome food for nearly 50 years—is looking for a friendly, motivated Assistant Manager to work directly under our General Manager and help support our wonderful team.
About the Role:
We’re seeking someone who is eager to learn all aspects of our restaurant operations. You’ll assist with:
Supporting our front counter team and expediters
Working closely with our line cooks and kitchen manager
Ensuring smooth service and keeping our customers happy, well-fed, and warmly welcomed
Helping foster a positive, kind, and collaborative work environment
