Seacrest Retirement Center, of 588 Ocean Avenue, West Haven, CT
has openings for outstanding candidates for our personal care assistant.
=Both full and part time openings, depending on the shift.
We seek a mature, qualified caregivers for opportunities on the day shift (630 am to 330 PM) and evening shift (330 to 930 or 1130pm). and some night shift hours are also available.
personal care assistants must have 2 years caregiving experience, PREFERABLY IN A LONG TERM CARE FACILITY
MATURE CANDIDATES PREFERRED, who are dependable, flexible between shifts, and who desire growth and potential shift supervisor opportunities, as welll as the opportunity to become medication certified.
Duties include but are not limited to personal care, light housekeeping, assisting clients, enjoy working with those with memory impairment clientele.
Opportunities to advance to care-coordinator, with training for medication administration and supervisory responsibilities.
-Minimum every other weekend required, or every weekend at employee choice.
-Must be mature and dependable
-Must be neat, clean, well presented, polite, and understand outstanding customer service
