Seeking Full Time Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal with the sound abilities to work accurately and provide administrative assistance in the fields of Personal Injury, Criminal, Workers' Compensation, Probate, and General Practice.
Job duties:
Interfacing with clients, claim representatives, attorneys and other professionals
Reporting new claims
Lien and billing verification
Composing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
E-filing
Discovery and document review
Answering phones; addressing mail; calendaring; filing, file organization
Trial/mediation preparation
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the above-mentioned areas.
Must be reliable and punctual
Must possess strong telephonic and computer skills
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Experience with Time Matters Program is helpful
