RA Levine is hiring a Refrigeration Installer for the state of Connecticut and surrounding area.
Summary:
The Refrigeration Installer is responsible for the installation of walk in coolers and freezers to include the installation of the insulated panel systems and the mechanical refrigeration equipment installation
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Remove and install the needed refrigeration equipment.
Installation of Walk in Coolers and Freezers
Installation of refrigerant piping for the mechanical refrigeration systems.
Maintain clean work spaces.
Completely fill out service invoice and have manager sign.
Turn in all completed invoices upon returning to shop.
Apprentice mentoring.
Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism.
Complete service calls in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and sales.
Participate in normal rotation of after-hours and weekend standby duty.
Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain Service Vehicle .
Attend training sessions.
Other duties assigned by the manager.
Physical requirements:
Lifting 50 to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
Ability to walk throughout the day
Bending, kneeling, standing, squatting, pushing, pulling
Ability to work around heat, noise, cold, slippery/wet floors
Climbing ladders (Heights)
Experience
Experience with refrigeration units.
CFESA certification and Training provided
Computer literacy
Tablet knowledge
Proper refrigerant piping knowledge required
EPA Certified
Ability to read blue prints and schematics
Electrical Knowledge preferred
