Commercial Construction Company Looking for Experienced Working Foreman.
Looking for Long Term Fit, Who is Interested in Growing with our Company.
Candidate Should:
Have at least 5 years experience running work.
Be a commercial carpenter with extensive experience in metal framing, gyp board.
Be able to read blue prints, lay out walls and lead crew of men.
Be able to coordinate with other trades on job.
Be conscience of cost and allocated hours per project.
Experience in detailed interior construction, exterior construction, heavy and light gauge framing.
Understanding of acoustical ceiling systems.
Understanding of hollow metal frames, doors and hardware.
Speaks English
Have transportation and own tools. Paid holidays/vacations/401-K.
