Bollinger Landscaping is hiring a skilled hardscape / masonry technician to join our installation crew. We specialize in high-end stonework, drainage systems, patios, walkways, grading, and site work.
If you’re experienced, take pride in your work, and don’t need to be micromanaged — you’ll fit in here.
You Need to Be Able To:
Install patios, walkways, retaining walls
Build proper stone & gravel base layers
Operate skid steer / mini excavator confidently
Set accurate grade with a laser level
Work efficiently and clean
We Are NOT looking for:
People who need step-by-step direction
Laborers with no hardscape experience
Drama, laziness, or excuses
Pay:
$28–$40/hr based on skill.
If you can run a job solo → higher rate.
Hours: Full-time, steady work.
