I am looking to hire and train garage door repair technicians in your area. We are a national garage repair company based in Dallas, Tx with offices and warehouses nationwide. Feel free to check out our website at www.garagedoorservice.com
This is a very lucrative position if you enjoy staying busy and working independently. Our techs in your area average between $1K-1,500+ weekly.
Our techs run jobs solo and independently, we dispatch them directly from home each morning. They meet once per week, every Wednesday morning to collect a week's worth of parts. We book all of the calls, our technician shows up, assesses the damage and does the repair on site.
Schedule:
This is an on-call repair position. Our technicians will run a 5 day work week with at least 1 weekend day included within those 5 days as well as 2 late start days meaning starting closer to 10 am to be available for evening calls. The schedule is demanding due to the nature of the business, must be open and available for this line of work!
Pay:
This is a 1099 position, we pay by the jobs completed. During training which is done hands-on in the field, we pay $83.33 per day. After training its straight commission at 20% of each job completed. With our year-round workload and average numbers, this position pays 1K+ weekly with top techs earning $1500+ weekly.
