Sitework Superintendent - direct hire / salary plus benefits
Responsibilities
Oversee projects ranging from $1.5 to $3 million in the New Haven county area
Project range from: a) complete sitework for a new apartment building, b) sitework for a new addition to a VA hospital, c) scopes of work for GCs, and d) additions to buildings at local schools and universities such as Yale
Manage subcontractors daily operations
Keep management updated on daily activities and escalate issues as needed
Attend safety and pre-con meetings
Skills
MUST have experience with sitework/excavation/utilities etc
MUST have field experience
Leadership experience highly preferred
PLEASE NOTE: the hiring company does NOT offer a company truck to their Superintendents. You will use your own vehicle to commute to and from the job sites.
