Country Glen Apartments in Groton, CT is now accepting resumes for a Part Time Night Clubhouse Attendant. Dependable & assertive people person needed to enforce all CLUB HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS. Duties include but not limited to:
Validate each individual’s eligibility to enter and use the property’s Clubhouse facility.
Ensure the rules of the pool and gym are maintained. Periodically check the pool, gym and outdoor facilities to make sure everything is proper working order.
Ensure the clubhouse, pool area and outdoor play area are property maintained and clean. Pick up garbage, return moved furniture to its proper location, and place trash in outside receptacles.
Check and lock all doors at closing time. Tour entire facility to make sure that the clubhouse is ready to open the next day.
Answer resident’s questions or direct them to the correct property staff.
Complete all other tasks as assigned by Property Manager.
You will be validating residency for using the facilities, locking up at the end of the shift, locker room/kitchen clean checks during shift & picking up/cleaning facility at the end of the shift, and assisting with general office duties if time allows. Must be able to work independently and strong customer service skills.
Hours; Monday and Wednesday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 3pm-9pm and Sunday 9am-3pm.
