This Job Might Be For You If:
You have at least 2 years of previous restaurant management experience, preferably in a high volume atmosphere.
You are passionate about service and teamwork.
Managing operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
Exhibit high performance standards and ensure all team members are providing exceptional service to patrons.
Maintain safe, secure and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
You have a keen commitment to the guest, including the ability to successfully resolve complaints and build regulars.
A strong and genuine sense of integrity towards work and life.
Strong team building skills with an emphasis on development and ability to think outside the box -Independent and original thinking with solid decision making ability.
You are positive and supportive of others.
You are able to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
You are able to successfully pass a federal and state criminal background check.
