Founded by childhood best friends, Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow, The Meatball Shop opened their first location on The Lower Side in 2010. Over the last eight years, we have expanded in the NYC market to six locations, one location in Washington DC, and will soon open in Westport CT
Our ballersĀ are the most important part of The Meatball Shop family, and we are passionate about serving our guests simple, sustainable, and delicious food. Responsibilities:
- One year experience minimum in BOH (preferred, but not required)
- Resourceful, clean & organized working habits with attention to detail
- Has a good sense of urgency
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Able to carry/lift heavy objects when needed (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends and holidays
- Part Time to Full Time positions available
-Ability to accurately follow instructions
