Seeking a talented, hardworking Sous Chef to join the team at a highly anticipated Mexican restaurant opening the summer of 2019 in Mystic, CT.
The Sous Chef's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Closely monitoring food quality and consistency.
-Overseeing controllable costs, with a specific emphasis on food and labor costs.
-Highly maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
-Taking directives from the Executive Chef and restaurant owners.
-Placing orders as assigned.
-Assessing the need for and reporting kitchen repairs.
