The candidate must be able to interview clients, handle property damage issues, request and follow up on medical records, medical bills and lien information, negotiate medical bills, send out letters of representation, request what's missing on a file, order police reports, draft closings statements, draft demand letters and prepare demand packets, have problem solving skills, assist with intake and follow ups.
