Warren General is currently looking to hire a full time store manager. Will be a Monday - Friday position, with occasional weekend hours, operating, overseeing and managing the store. The right person will have the energy, enthusiasm and personality to drive business, customer satisfaction, and efficient and profitable store growth.
Requirements
Prior customer service, food service/restaurant/cafe experience preferred, QFO certification a plus (will be required within the first month of employment).

Weekends and some holidays may be required
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage duties of staff based on their areas of expertise, to ensure that they make use of their knowledge to render best services in the store.
Create a work schedule for staff to follow, seeing to it that they adhere strictly to their shifts and execute disciplinary actions to members of staff who are absent on their shifts and duty posts
Oversee and manage grocery inventory, ordering, deliveries, product placement on shelves and in refrigerated and freezer cases.
Promote customer friendliness among staff.
Increase sales through product knowledge and promotion, to identify products that are high in demand, and make them available in the store to customers who are likely to purchase them.
Increase customer loyalty.
Handle customer complaints and returns in a cordial manner, creating mutual benefits to both the store and customers, and implement customer suggestions on how to render better services in the store.
Answer customers questions about products and introduce new products through promotion and sampling.
Prepare workers performance report at the end of every month to evaluate their performances, identifying areas with low performances to work on.
Maintain good hygiene by ensuring that the store is constantly cleaned by workers designated to the task.
Supervise maintenance and overall appearance of store, front end, back of the store, refrigeration, freezer, beverage, dairy & deli cases and grocery shelves.
