Job Description:
Our property management company is seeking a property maintenance worker. We are looking for someone who will join our maintenance staff and will handle work orders and turnovers. Candidates should ideally have a background in construction. Skills in light and electric and plumbing also required. Must be a team player with good communication skills and possess the ability to work individually or with others. Reliable transportation is necessary to commute between assignments.
Candidates must be able to speak and write English.
Candidates must have basic smartphone skills.

Salary: 40hr/week, $14-$19 hourly commensurate with experience.
