Official Title: Conference Planner, Strategic Operations Location: Remote (would prefer candidates near Stamford or Irving offices but would consider remote for the right candidate)Description:Primary Responsibilities include the build and management of a new meeting tool being rolled out across Destination conferences.Partner cross functionally to roll out tool for each conference once build is complete.Meeting Management:As meetings get booked schedule in internal tool to ensure attendee has meeting in their agendaManage changes and cancellations to meetingsWeekly reporting of meeting rooms stats share with key stakeholdersOnsite Support at 2 largest conferences in Orlando & Barcelona to manage Meeting Center including check ins, onsite scheduling, and reporting.
