BUSINESS ANALYST- Salesforce- RemoteLocation is flexible but high preference to those close to Fort Myers Fl officeSalesforce experience is a MUST Purpose: This role can perform business analyst functions, working closely with the business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, drive prioritization and streamline business processes.Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Drive critical requirements discussions, managing dependencies across multiple functional areas.Elicit and document business and functional requirements using a variety of interview techniques.Partner with Finance, HR, IT and other business stakeholders to develop, document and optimize processes to effectively support the projects key objectives.Transform business requirements into detailed User Stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria that engineers can consume.Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to facilitate a general understanding.Engage and communicate across varied audiences including stakeholders, clients, delivery teams and upper management during the lifecycle of a given project.Act as a key liaison between the business and the technology consulting partners to drive the success of implementation.Facilitate user acceptance testing activities.Manage customer expectations of products and services to be delivered.Participate in relevant centers of excellence as they pertain to either Scrum, Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Project Management focus areas.This position will interact with various roles at multiple levels: executive leaders, core team members, and general business and IT audience.Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies:Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills tailored to meet the needs of the different end users, team members, sr. management and executive leadership in cross-cultural business environmentMust be well organized, methodical and pay close attention to detailPossess excellent written/oral communication skillsAble to work well in a highly collaborative cross discipline teamFlexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if neededProven ability to collaborate in a global / matrix environmentStrong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectivesSolution minded, detail-oriented and is firm yet flexibleKnowledge and experience with Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologiesLeading teams in a matrix environment consisting of various types of roles and skill setsStrong business analysis skillsUnderstanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects and programsStrong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirementsAbility to breakdown complex business problems and workflows into meaningful components that are understandable by various levelsEducation/Certifications:Must have:Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology or related field. Advanced degree desirable.7+ years working in a fast-paced environment that experiences continuous changes7+ years of demonstrated business process analysis and/or project management office (PMO) experienceNice to have: Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology or related field.
