Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing will lead the strategy development and tactical execution of omnichannel shopper marketing to enhance brand equity, drive sell through and build retailer relationships.This role will partner with Brand Marketing and Sales to deliver path to purchase plans to across all channels of trade, measuring and optimizing throughout to meet the overall business objectives for our Stationery, Lighter and Shaver business units.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of “Complete Path to Purchase” Media and Communication plans
  • Partner with Brand marketing and Sales teams to develop, execute, measure and optimize all in-store and marketing and promotional activities in line with Category and Customer growth strategies and drive Traffic, Conversion and Retention
  • Map top customer shopper profiles to BIC target consumers to ensure precision targeting
  • Recommend programs that are tailored and targeted to drive incremental sales
  • Define and measure KPI’s and create feedback loop that informs future shopper investments
  • Identify, evaluate and nurture portfolio of best-in-class shopper resources across agency, media, and promotional disciplines
  • Grow shopper marketing competency and advocacy within the organization by turning actions into insights and back into actions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 7-10years of experience in a FMCG environment with experience in Marketing and/or Sales
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to influence others without formal authority
  • Solid communication skills (written & verbal) – up, down and across the organization
