Job Description

The Sr Manager, People and Culturewill design, deliver and measure a portfolio of global programs, processes and experiences that build talent and organizational capability, improve leadership, team and organization effectiveness, strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Workforce Development

  • Developand facilitateorganization capabilities planning process to identify long and mid-term capabilities plan aligned to 1-3 year workforce strategy
  • Sharethe responsibility for the implementation, development and design of custom solutions and open enrollment training initiatives including delivery across all levels
  • Lead he global initiatives through collaboration with the HRBPs and leaders on the design and delivery of innovative, engaging and impactful leadership and professional development program aligned with delivery methodologies that include instructor led (ILT), virtual instructor led (vILT), eLearning and microlearning
  • Measurethe effectiveness of the Talent Development programs, systems, tools and processes-reviews and makes recommendations for continuous improvement

Organization Effectiveness

  • Partnerclosely with business leaders and HR Business Partnerson the execution of Talent processes, the development of our High Potential team members and identification of needs and solutions to critical leadership and organizational development issues
  • Buildorganizational effectiveness strategy and other culture-related initiatives including team effectiveness and change management interventions in order to engage, motivate, retain and maximize tam member performance
  • Partnerwith business leaders and HR Business Partnersto continue to increase leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for prioritizing DEI efforts, addressing identified areas of improvement and creating an environment of belonging for all team member
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partnerson organization development and workforce planning strategies to improve performance of our talent

Qualifications

Successful Candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development required; Masters preferred

  • A minimum of 10+ years of related experience in Organizational Development function, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in being a trusted advisor, asking probing questions to get at root issues, influencing effectively, confidently make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of a project/ organization
  • Practical, hands-on experience leading cultural and organizational change, and organizational design initiatives
  • A broad background across key international markets and experience working with a global HR team
  • Certification in OD and two or more assessment/feedback instruments (MBTI, EQ, DiSC, 360)
  • Has an active external and future focus; brings a broad, enterprise wide and systems thinking perspective
  • Proficient in learning design principles and learning management and design technology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels with ability to persuade and influence
  • Demonstrated success in designing, implementing and embedding efficient and effective talent processes aimed at driving overall business performance and appealing to multiple generations
  • Strong functional expertise in communication planning and change management in heavily matrixed global organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, analyze and interpret data, driving thoughtful recommendationsand actions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resilient, self-starter and fast learner with aconsumer centric mindset.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders, often with competing interests and timelines for action effectively with Leadership and all levels of the organization.
