Our leading client is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Business Process Architect to build customer journey maps to optimize processes and the customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Business Process Architect: - Define and build out customer journey maps
- Build end-to-end customer support workflow mapping
- Evaluate effectiveness of current processes
- Provide insights on customer experience
- Ensure great products and user experience
Requirements of the Business Process Architect: - Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in customer experience, operations, marketing, or product development
- Experience working with subscription-based products and associated purchasing life cycles
- In-depth understanding of purchasing behaviors for subscription-based services
- Strong experience building PowerPoint presentations and visualizations
- Experience driving projects to completion with minimal oversight
- Comfortable presenting to C-Level audiences
- Experience diagramming end-to-end customer journey
- Experience creating justification to drive process improvements
- Familiarity delivering programs through outsourced vendors
