- This project is called Maintenance strategy. Compiling of facts about maintenance events in the business from a networking perspective.
- This position is responsible for supporting and managing a program of business unit-focused initiatives designed to help business partners drive value from information. Contributes to Charter's success by ensuring business needs and goals are realized through analysis and reporting activities of the Business Intelligence Group. Responsible for supporting the Sr Manager or Director of Business Intelligence to empower Charter business leaders with concise, high-quality information, helping them leverage it to identify and address business opportunities and threats. Provides consultation on the interpretation of data to various business partners throughout the organization.

- Experience with Cable TV, Internet, and/or Phone products & services or other related industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with reporting/Business Intelligence tools (MicroStrategy, Teradata is a plus).
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide expert advice and education in the usage and interpretation of business data relevant to the business unit.
- Communicate data nuances and insights to all levels of the company in a clear and concise manner.
- Instill best practices and assists users at all levels within the company on how to leverage BI capabilities for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Leverage expert knowledge of Business Intelligence capabilities and familiarity with business trends in identifying patterns, opportunities, and threats.
- Work closely with business partners in gathering detailed business requirements, establishing business definitions, translating to technical requirements for development team and gaining approval.
- Interact with senior management or executive level customers and provides support as needed.
- Create report mockups based on requirements and coordinate with technical team in finalizing design and receiving sign off.
- Support all scheduled and non-recurring information needs of the business users.
- Understand data elements in the warehouse at a very detailed grain to support any form of user needs from research to ad hoc querying to managing large information projects.
- Query large datasets and tables comfortably to provide information requested by business users.
