Data/Reporting Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data/Reporting Project Manager with our industry-leading client in CT.

• Responsible for monitoring and improving the standardized reports and automated dashboards covering the operational health of the mobile business.
• Ensure ongoing accuracy and alignment with other data sources and reports.
• Capture and project manage desired enhancements and additional initiatives from leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide requirements to enhance and fix inconsistencies/issues in collaboration with the Mobile Business Intelligence Team.
• Perform root cause analysis of deviations to share with management.
• Provide data-driven insights and requirements as to how to our business can move from proactive to predictive analytics.
• Presents data in a way that is easy to understand with proper documentation for successful user adoption.
• Performs analysis, trending, and communication of key performance indicators. Develops SQL for ad-hoc data requests as needed.
• Perform double click and regular cadence Mobile Operations and Customer Experience Team analyses as required.

• 2+ years of experience in project management support role
• 2+ years in performing statistical modeling and analysis in a data analyst role
• Experience with relational database applications such as Oracle, Teradata, or SQL Server
• Mastery in use of Excel including macros, pivot tables, graphing, etc.
• Working experience in data and trend analysis and report creation working with statistical modeling packages (Access, SQL)
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, or MicroStrategy Business Intelligence technologies
• Knowledge of customer insight analytics technology/software and customer experience reporting metrics/approaches
• Telecom industry experience preferred
