1) Must have administration & management experience with Dynatrace SaaS or Managed clusters 2) Install Dynatrace components such as ActiveGate & OneAgent 3) Create Dynatrace configurations, tags, host groups 4) Create monitoring dashboards for IT team and the business teams. 5) Interfaces with Dynatrace support team on complex issues. 6) Understands incident rules and alerts and get those defined for applications 7) Be responsible for helping customers diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. 8) Manage critical customer-facing issues and facilitate communication between the customer and infrastructure teams. 9) Triage, diagnose, and resolve or escalate internal system alerts to ensure we maintain our Service Level Agreements 10) Support application releases, ensuring the availability of monitoring during Performance Testing activities. 11) Create/Manage extensions for different applications
