Responsibilities and Duties: - Assist with the Operating Plan and Forecasting process - Provide Weekly and Monthly Reporting and Analysis to Senior Leadership at Corporate - Support the Senior Leadership at Corporate with presentations - Partner with other Corporate Departments (Business Development, Investor Relations, Controllers) on various projects - Assist with implementation of new reporting / analysis tools and dashboards - Participate in process improvement and automation in the FP&A department - Participate / Lead in ad-hoc Analytical projects - Support business unit FP&A teams Required Skills: - HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience (preferable) - Advanced user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel Macros) - strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency - Experience with process improvement using Robotic Process Automation (Uipath), a Plus - Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Spotfire.), a Plus - Experience with Scripting Languages / Microsoft Technology (JavaScript, VB, .NET, Python, PERL), a Plus Qualifications: - An undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.MBA a plus - 1 to 2 years of FP&A experience, preferably with a Manufacturing Company Crane Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
