DescriptionA successful Construction firm in Stamford that has been servicing Lower Fairfield County, Westchester County, and NYC for over 50 years is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This is a family run business where accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service are of utmost importance.Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Payroll
Bill pay & invoice generation
Understanding of AIA Billing
Monthly bank reconciliations
Bank deposits
Reconciliation of vendor & credit card statements
Administrative & office support when needed (such as back up phones, assist with scheduling, customer service, etc).

3+ years of relevant experience
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to help with any ad hoc projects that arise on a daily basis
Solid technical skills in MS Office, QuickBooks, or a related accounting software
Exposure to AIA Billing is a plus, not a must
