Whether you’re based in finance or Human Resources, Legal, Communications or IT, you’ll be a force for good – someone who is trusted, empowered and supported to make a genuine, lasting impression on our organization.Job DescriptionWe currently seeking an Internal Auditor Manager reporting to the Director, Internal Audit with the benefit of working remotely.Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the Director of Internal Audit in performing an annual risk assessment to develop a risk-based audit and special project plan that is aligned with the Company’s risk profile. Perform/lead/manage financial, operational, and information systems audits and special projects as requested by senior management and or the Audit Committee. Participate/lead in exit conferences with Division/Affiliate management to discuss adequacy of policy, procedures and appropriate controls Participate/lead in exit conferences with Division/Affiliate management to discuss adequacy of policy, procedures and appropriate controls Participate/ lead in exit conferences with Division/ Factory management to discuss adequacy of policy, procedure and control environment. Create/ assist in preparing actionable audit reports, memos and other materials that effectively communicate audit comments and recommendations. Perform/manage follow-up reviews to ensure that agreed-upon recommendations have been implemented and are effective. Assist with SOX implementation including scoping, documenting process flows, identifying risk and controls and testing the effectiveness of controls. Perform investigations and special projects as requested by senior management and the Audit Committee. Attract/train/and direct the internal audit staff.#LI-RemoteQualificationsKey Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in accounting or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience (e.g., risk, process, system, internal controls, COSO) Preferred: CPA, CIA or CFE certification. A high level of ethical, professional, and personal values. Critical thinking with strong verbal and written communication Strong analytical and project management skills. Experience creating reports and dashboards using PowerBI desired Experience in manufacturing industry a plus Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.BlueTriton Brands is the nation’s leading bottled water company.
