Role: Okta Support Location: Stamford, CT Duration: Fulltime Job Description:
- Deliver Okta solutions on behalf of our customers
- Work with others to understand and assist with Okta solution requirements and objectives
- Integrate the Okta technology within the customer's environment
- Experience in the development of reference architecture to assist the customer and sales teams with understanding the Okta solutions.
- Support Okta platform deployments within customer's IAM Cloud solution.
- Responsible for building out the Okta platform in support of customer's cloud architecture
- Participate in the Okta discovery sessions with the design architects
- Demonstrate a strong systematic approach to troubleshooting Okta solutions.
- Create deployment best practices and Okta future state designs including Active Directory Agents Architecture, AD Schema and, in scope OUs, Desktop SSO Architecture and Password Management / Self Service, attribute mapping, naming standards and, AD provisioning requirements.
- Identify and create the prioritized list of integrated /migrated applications during the planning phase
- Develop and deliver applicable documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the Okta subject matter expert
