JD:Lead end to end OKTA support program24/7 Availability to support priority 1 issueResolve problem tickets requiring basic/minor product configuration changesUpdate and maintain documentation for repeatable tasks (Infrastructure drawings & Run books)First Level problem analysis of ticketsDebug system issues and Develop Health and Operations ReportsConfiguration based defect fixing including Rules, provisioning, Workflows, Tasks, Policy's etc.Monitoring of all OKTA and RSA Authentication Manager (AM) services that are on premise and/or in public cloud environments and associated data storesRespond/Troubleshoot monitoring events for OKTA and RSA platformResolve escalated problem tickets e.g. ServiceNow tickets, escalations raise by business user or IAM teamTriage with L1, Run teams, and infrastructure teams for issue resolutionSupport change management process for IAM change deploymentsManage integration with Splunk and generate out of box reports for OKTA and RSA AMMonitoring of all Okta services that are on premise and/or in public cloud environments and associated data stores.Own the operational management of wing-2-wing Okta and RSA Authentication Manager Services including platform, underlying infrastructure and network.Work with the Okta and RSA vendor on support and security issues.Utilize monitoring tools and respond to alerts and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve Okta and RSA Authentication Manager Issues before business is impacted.Support RSA Authentication Manager Infrastructure and OKTA Agent Platform upgrades and patching activity.Requirement analysis and design for minor enhancements, Code level defect fixingInterfacing with external teams (application/infrastructure) for issue resolutionLiaise with product vendor for product bug/issuesInterface with external teams for issue resolution like Engineering/DevSupport all RSA Authentication Manager Infrastructure and Okta Agent Platform Upgrades and Patching activity.Create and follow schedule for BCP & DR testing Create Okta Agents and RSA Patching & Upgrade documentationCreate and follow schedule for Patching & Upgrades ensuring service availability after all patching activities, even those not directly executedAbout Net2Source, Inc.Net2Source is a total talent management solutions company with its presence in 50+ countries.Our creative solution service offerings aim at becoming your one stop destination for hiring talent needs globally.Want to read more about Net2Source?
