We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can effectively oversee a portfolio of high priority corporate projects.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
  • Manage overall execution of projects including scope, schedule, budget, quality, benefits, communication, stakeholders, risks and issues
  • Manage programs with multiple sub projects, vendor partners (SaaS and Development), internal and external resource, and multiple stakeholders
  • Interact and hold external vendor partners accountable and keep them on task
  • Schedule and facilitate effective status meetings - with real-time meeting minutes and takeaways
  • Remove roadblocks for the team
  • Coordinate all technical and change management activities
  • Maintain responsibility for vendor procurement, expectation setting, coordination, and invoicing
  • Maintain responsibility for end to end IT transition of projects to Production Support
  • Plan and manage project deployment, financial and resource management
  • Partner with teammates to plan and execute testing
  • Track and report the progress and status of deployment to all key stakeholders

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of project management experience; PMP a plus
  • Experience facilitating and directing the design, build, and deployment of enterprise grade platforms (on-premise & cloud) and software projects
  • Experience managing Systems and Data Integration projects with understanding on how data flows to upstream and downstream systems
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to influence when there is no direct reporting relationship
  • Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate, facilitate, and present to C-Level Stakeholders
  • Ability to make difficult decisions and to involve others sufficiently in the decision-making process
  • Thorough understanding of IT SDLC life cycle
  • Excellent results orientation and customer/user experience focus
  • Experience in defining and improving processes
