DescriptionOvernight User Support Analyst will be providing trading and executive end user support in a fast-paced environment while providing quality customer service when interacting with all associates.

ProfileOvernight User Support Analyst MUST:

1. Be proficient in supporting, troubleshooting, repairing/replacing PC/MAC

2. Setup weekly meetings via Video Conference

3. Act as a technical lead and escalation point of contact for complex issues

4.Linux, VMware, PowerShell, Python, Active Directory
