We have an exciting opportunity for a Conference Room / Desktop Support Specialist with our industry-leading client in Stamford. This is an onsite role.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities of the Conference Room / Desktop Support Specialist:- Work with project teams to help determine and advise on the technical scope for new projects
- Produce and maintain high quality technical documentation for systems, applications and processes
- End-user documentation creation, testing, assistance, troubleshooting, and training
- Experience with Windows Server (2003 thru 2016)
- Windows Active Directory experience
- Experience with IP Subnetting
- Understanding of DHCP and VLANS
- Administration and Troubleshooting of Polycom and Avaya
- Experience with Polycom and Avaya Infrastructure
- Experience with SIP and H.323 protocols and endpoints
- Systems patching and management, OS and application specific
- Experience working with External Vendors
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Some travel to other US offices required - approximately once per month
