Seeking a Systems Engineer who will drive desktop and client software initiatives that govern and secure the Desktop Environment for 20K+ workstations across all poles while maintaining a positive user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities of Systems Engineer:
  • Windows SME around SCCM, OSD, etc.
  • Help design and manage Azure Infrastructure - Intune, Autopilot, etc.
  • Assist in managing the client computing environment, including Desktop design and build processes, client security, and policy governance.
  • Assist with defining client hardware and software standards and implementing new technology initiatives.
    • Including Software standardization and deployment, PC Backup, PC Encryption, AV/FW, Email/IDM, VPN, AD, DLP, Patching, ITAM
  • Partner with Security and Deskside Support to define standards for and continuous improvement of Desktop Encryption, AV/HIPS, DLP, Data Backup, and overall Client Health.
  • Assist with defining solutions for defect remediation within the Desktop environment.
  • Help manage our Azure Infrastructure - Intune, Autopilot, etc.
  • Experience in Agile Platform

Requirements of Systems Engineer:
  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure design, improvement, and support.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, and ability to navigate complex issues, and achieve strategic goals.
  • Strong business acumen & successful track record in aligning IT capabilities to business objectives.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and highly resourceful.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in addressing all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple aggressive project deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge and experience within Azure - AD Permissions, GPO, Intune, Autopilot, etc.
  • Microsoft Certification preferred
  • Experience working with Azure AD for Office 365 Identity - Active Directory and Directory Synchronization (AADC/DirSync), and eDiscovery
  • Experience using O365 Security and Compliance center.
  • Experience in Azure (Reporting \ Azure AD \ Azure ADRMS \ Azure MFA)
  • Experience in deploying security standards for Azure
